Managed and supported Carrier Services API integrations and integration implementations, both externally and internally.
Led the Carrier Service Governance project, focusing on API performance, failures, and proactive compliance.
Created and trained staff on a custom Streamlit tool, reducing manual API and documentation testing by 90% and saved 15 hours each month.

Berea College is a unique liberal arts institution in Kentucky that provides a tuition-free education to students, particularly those from under served communities and the Appalachian region, through its Tuition Promise Scholarship.
Administered the CRM and all related integrations and features. Managed Information System and Data team.
Launched an internal browser extension to extend CRM functionality, saving time and increasing data integrity.
Created a Student portal used to better communicate with applicants, including adding digital offer letters and confetti using Vanilla JS.

These are various projects that I’ve completed over time to create products, learn skills, and have fun.
Launched a Google sheet budgeting tool with a lot of flexibility, unlike many other products at the time. Plus, I believe budgeting is important.
Photoshop, Illustrator, and Inkscape have allowed me to create custom Lego boxes, decals, or other print products.
Created widgets, both with Flash and Javascript, and Swag Central, a website about Swagbucks. Sadly Flash, which is what got me interested in coding, has been retired.
Published a trio of Android apps while in college to support Berea college students.
